Long boring rant/story ahead. See bottom line for quick story.

> I called a friend, to explain to him what my problem was (my computer problem... ), and asked him if he thought it sounded like a virus. He said, rather rudely and simply, 'Uh... no.'  He had had the same problem, he had to call Frontier (our phone company) and have them walk him throught it; turns out he needed to type in numbers in somewhere that only the phone company knows... or something. Well, our cordless phone's battery is all but dead, thus phonecalls last about ten minutes before it goes dead and needs to be recharged again (not always a bad thing, heh.) So mamma bought me a splitter jack so I could sit at the computer and have them talk me through it while on the regular phone. But I plugged in the splitter jack and, for the heck of it, I tried the internet again... and it's back. I guess there was something wrong with the phonejack. <

Long story short. I HAZ INTERNET BACK NAO. I'm so happy.

But they don't belong in my computer, dammit.

Yeeaah. My computer is all bugged up. Again. Can't connect to the internet (I'm reporting from grandma's computer, thanks grandma), soo... won't be around again fer a bit.

*hears nothing but crickets* ... Aww. I missed y'all too.

It's 8:00 AM here, and that's way too fekkin early for me, right after this journal I'm goin back to bed. But about half an hour ago momma came in and flicked my lights on 'n off and at first I was just annoyed (pissed) but then it dawned on me what that meant and I leaped outa bed and did a happy dance. Then I rushed over to turn on my computer. It's so pathetic how much ah missed the warm glow of the computer screen. I may cry.

Uumm... there's a gooood possibility that our electricity will be shut off Monday, so... I might be gone for awhile.
